  • Shipping times are approximate and depends on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available currently. We do not ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

We address your item exactly how you provide it. Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we will get it to you!

TAXES & DUTIES

You will be responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government or post office.

Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Ken & Jo to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Ken & Jo may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

PROCESSING TIME

  • The order processing time might take up to 1-3 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
  • If you place your order after 11:45 am EST on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

ORDER PAYMENT

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your local bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We are available 24/7 at service@diamondizejewellery.com

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted, because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period, but no guarantee. If we were able to do so, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Returned packages that is not the fault of the sender can be re-sent at the expense of the customer. Refunds for returned packages that is not the fault of the sender will be issued in full less the expense of the shipping costs incurred by the sender.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
